Our Design Services

Full-Service Design
WE DO EVERYTHING! Great for an entire room, whole home or a group of rooms. We create detailed plans which include 3D drawings, elevations, cabinetry design, and an overview of finishes & furnishing selections. We manage every detail from concept to final installation. Full Service may or may not include construction. Starting price of $4,575 applies whether the room is empty or we will use some of the furnishings you already own. Minimum Investment of $20,000 per room.
Custom Room Design
WE DESIGN + SOURCE. We create a clear design plan and provide you with everything you need so that you can bring the design to life. You will be provided with mood/concept boards, space plans, furniture selections, purchasing lists and guidance for implementing the design. Design fee for this service is $2,700 per room. Maximum of 2 rooms for this service.
Design Consultation
GET EXPERT ADVICE! Up to 2 hours of one-on-one design in your home. During your Design Consultation, we'll chat to understand your vision, goals, preferences, challenges, and inspirations. We'll analyze your space, including the layout, architectural elements, and lighting, to identify its strengths and limitations and you'll be provided with informed design recommendations. These recommendations include, but are not limited to: advice on challenging room layouts and space planning, styling tips and help with accessorizing your space, furniture purchase and placement, paint color selections, and renovation advice. Fee begins at $400 and may increase depending on your location. Design Consultations are also the first step to Full-Service Design Services.
